  • Reason for return

Q. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
A. Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your order number and shipper tracking number in case you want to see where your order is in the distribution channel. Q. I'd like to have my order shipped overnight. Is that possible?
A. At this time, we are only shipping product using UPS ground shipments. If the demand for overnight shipping increases from its current level, we will reconsider this policy. On that note, if you'd like to receive overnight shipments of Doctor's Best products, let us know via the contact selection above.
Q. I do not have a credit card but I still want to purchase Doctor's Best products. Is there a way for me to do this?
A. At this time, the only way to purchase products through our shopping cart is with a credit card. However, we'd hate to deny anyone the opportunity to use our outstanding products. Contact us at via the contact selection above to arrange other payment methods.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. At this time, we accept all major credit cards.
Q. I do not live in North America. May I still purchase Doctor's Best products?
A. Absolutely! Due to increased shipping costs, however, we will charge an additional $25.00 on all orders shipped outside of North America.
Q. May I purchase Doctor's Best products wholesale?

Q. I'm allergic to certain ingredients in skin care products. How can I find out what ingredients are in Doctor's Best Products?

Q. What is the shelf life of Super Duper Diaper Doo?
A. Extensive tests have shown that Super Duper Diaper Doo does not require an expiration date but as a courtesy we have added Best Used by date on the packaging.
Q. Why does the new Super Duper Diaper Doo not have the word GEL?
A. We no longer use the word "GEL" in our description.  Due to the formula change we chose not to use it going forward.  The product now resembles  more of an ointment consistency.
Q. Why are the ingredients on the new formula label different?
A. The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requires ingredients to be listed in certain orders of priority. Our new Diaper DOO label complies with current requirements. Super Duper Diaper Doo continues to protect and soothe baby's skin surface and as it has for 25 years.  We revised the formula to maintain compliance with the FDA guidelines.
Q. Why are tubes no longer available?
A. We are currently unable to obtain empty tubes in the quantities we require.  We continue to monitor availability and are hopeful to have them in the future.
